Each dog has underfloor heating inside the house area of their kennel which can be heated to your requirements, bedding inside (unless you would prefer to bring your own) exercise and play several times a day within our fully fenced 2.5 acres surrounding our house, socialisation with other dogs (all dogs must be friendly with others), different enrichment activities and daily updates with pictures/videos of what your dog is getting up to. We are a very small kennels (4 kennels) offering a bespoke and personalised service and can cover any specific requirements you may have. This allows me toreally get to know each dog individually and provide a friendly, calm and homely environment. I offer meet and greets to get to know you and your dog before your stay if wanted.

Drop off and collection anytime between 7:30am - 7pm. Due to being such a small kennels we charge daily to allow maximum flexibility. Please note - this includes drop off and collection day.

Common Inquiries
What do I need to bring?
The only thing you need to bring is your dogs food as It’s not good for your dogs digestion to swap food type suddenly. I can accommodate wet, dry, raw/frozen food so please bring whatever they normally have. Vet bedding, bowls and toys are provided however if you would prefer to bring your own you’re more than welcome to at your own risk.
Will I get updates about my dog?
Yes! You will get a daily photo of video so you can see what your dog has been getting up to!
How are the kennels heated and will they be warm enough?
There is thermostatically controlled underfloor heating in every kennel. The heating is on 24hrs and set to 18 degrees so it is held consistently at that temperature to keep your dogs toasty warm.

Company policies
· Drop off and collection times are flexible however it is the responsibility of the owner to contact harvest kennels at least 3 working days beforehand to discuss timings. If contact is not made within this time scale you may be restricted with timings to morning or evening. Please remember we are a very small kennel and I am the only staff member so timings need to fit around me and I cannot always accommodate times in the middle of the day.
· Please let me know asap if you can’t make your collection/drop off time or are running late. I’m not a commercial kennel with staff so I’ll often be waiting outside ready with your dog to be collected or awaiting their arrival.
· Deposits are non refundable and non transferable in the unfortunate event you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the arrival date are liable to pay the bill in full.
· Please ensure you bring your dogs food with you for their stay as it’s not good for your dogs digestion to change foods suddenly. If your dog is on any medication please ensure it’s clearly labelled.
· Your booking is not secure until your deposit is paid.
· All dogs staying with us need to be well socialised and friendly with other dogs.
· For returning dogs please make sure the initial booking form is correct and inform me of any changes.
On arrival please ensure you drive slowly down the road to the house (10MPH.) I look forward to welcoming you and your dog/s to harvest kennels!
